Clearing Unwanted Items From Add & Remove

Okay now for this tutorial, you have to have some good knowledge with the computer and how it works. Lets get started;

Okay This is pretty simple...

Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT).

Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Uninstall, and remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall."

Now that was easy, dontcha think =)
If you're not into going into the registry and messing with things, there's always programs you can download (freeware) or buy that will clean-out your registry for you.

Any other methods are welcome.
